- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Manage followup of client \& team to execute on strategy \& tasks
- Schedule meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Perform market research
- Create presentations and reports, as assigned
- Address employees’ administrative queries
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute
- Other admin duties as delegated by clients

As a virtual assistant you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our clients senior\-level managers. Responsibilities include various administrative tasks, inbox and calendar management including answering emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high\-quality work under minimum supervision.
