What You’ll Do

• Help clients buy and sell residential properties from initial consultation to closing
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow\-up
• Host property showings and open houses
• Analyze market data to guide pricing and offer strategies
• Negotiate contracts and manage transactions with accuracy and professionalism
• Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

• Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred.
• Self\-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast\-paced environment.
