    We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail\-oriented Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves supporting daily office operations while assisting with the transition of a book of clients from one insurance company to another. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with data and client information.

    * Base Pay: $15\-$16 per hour (based on experience)

  • Assist with transferring a book of business between insurance carriers
  • Compare rates across insurance companies to identify better options for clients
  • Quote and review policies for current clients who may qualify for improved rates
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry
  • Process policy changes and updates
  • Handle filing and general administrative tasks
  • Provide occasional phone support as needed
  • Learn and maintain a general understanding of auto and home insurance products
