    Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within an insurance or financial services environment.

    Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

    Organizational Skills: Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.

    Technical Skills: Competency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable.

    Detail\-Oriented: Strong attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry.

    Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to engage positively with clients and a strong customer service orientation.

    Documentation: Organize and manage insurance\-related documents, keeping records up\-to\-date.

    Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for insurance agents.

    Communication: Keep open lines of communication with clients, agents, and external partners.

    Office Management: Ensure that the office environment is welcoming and well\-maintained.

    Data Entry: Accurately input customer information into company systems.

    Reporting: Prepare regular reports to assist in the seamless operation of the office.

    Team Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and insurance teams as needed.
