We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

\-fill in orders

\- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner

\- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department

\- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding company services and offerings

\- Assist with clerical duties such as transcribing, emails, filing, and data entry

\- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well\-stocked

\- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

\- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings

\- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

\- Perform general administrative tasks to support the office operations

Skills:

\- Proficient in using computerized systems and software applications

\- Strong clerical skills including transcribing, filing, and data entry

\- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines

\- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

\- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

\- Strong written and verbal communication skills

\- Professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills

\- Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

\- Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is a plus
