As our Specialty Dental Office Receptionist, you play a vital role in embodying our core values—Team First, Respect, and Always YES — while providing exceptional service to our patients. Revive Periodontics is a specialty dental clinic, providing advanced dental procedures for the southern Minnesota region. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining our specialty clinic standards while speaking with patients on the phone, greeting patients warmly and assisting them from check\-in to treatment discussion, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
You will review and explain treatment plans clearly to help patients understand their care options, answer incoming calls professionally, and coordinate scheduling for referrals and appointments with both patients and referring providers. Monitoring and responding to referral emails will be part of your routine, and you will collaborate with our virtual assistants as needed for correspondence with referring offices, insurance issues, and administrative support.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for posting payments received through our online virtual terminal and maintaining organized records of new patients, referrals, and treatment plans. Your efforts will directly contribute to a respectful, efficient, and team\-oriented environment that strives for excellence in all aspects of patient care.
Key Tasks Include:
\- Greet and assist patients upon their arrival, demonstrating respect and professionalism
\- Explain and review treatment plans with clarity and compassion
\- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
\- Receive referrals and schedule appointments efficiently
\- Monitor and respond to referral\-related emails with attention to detail
\- Collaborate with our virtual assistants for external correspondence and insurance concerns, fostering teamwork
\- Post payments received through our online virtual terminal accurately
\- Track and organize new patient information, referrals, and treatment plans
\- Support the dental team in daily operations, always aiming for continuous improvement in processes and patient experience

Pay Range: $23\.00\-$27\.00
Hours:
Monday: 6:45am \- 12pm
Tuesday \- Thursday: 6:45am \- 3pm
Friday: 6:45am \- 3pm
Candidates must be flexible and willing to work across multiple locations as needed.
