We are seeking a dedicated executive administrative assistant with strong organization skills, a very high level of professionalism and attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

\- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, as needed

\- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail

\- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

\- Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management

\- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

\- Coordinate and plan events, including meetings, conferences, and company functions

\-Coordinate inate staff schedules and training

Skills:

\- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail

\- Ability to efficiently file documents both physically and digitally

\- Experience in event planning and coordination

\- Excellent organizational skills to manage calendars and schedules effectively

\- Knowledge of calendar management tools for efficient scheduling

\- Previous experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred

\- Professional phone etiquette and familiarity with phone systems

Qualification:

\- At least 5 years of working experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant to a CEO of a corporation or at least 5 years od working experience as a high level manager

\- At least 10 years of post\-bachelor's degree working experience.

\- At least 2 references
