Role Purpose Statement
The overall responsibility of the Manager will be to manage day to day operation management and create, maintain and adhere to Process Design of Contract Admin, update SOPs ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Main Accountabilities
1\. Monitor Daily contract entry and issuance meet Global KPIs, across all value chains on a daily basis
2\. Provide support in process transitions and work on process stabilization, have well defined control process, SOPs and KPIs
3\. Accountable for tracking performance and driving best in class KPIs.
4\. Monitor the status of the activities and report upward to Manager. Responsible to ensure accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported.
5\. Ensure document retention in accordance with Company’s policies and procedure requirements.
6\. Supervision and close coordination with team on daily activities.
7\. Be first point of contact for the team \-Handle teams queries, Issues and concerns effectively.
8\. Monitor the status of the activities and report upward to Manager. Responsible to ensure accuracy of Contract Admin metrics reported.
9\. Adapt and quickly get hands on to the new introduced applications and process and in turn train the team to learn and adapt for achieving better result and desired outcome. (DocuSign, CLM, SAP etc.)
10\. Conduct time\-to\-time training sessions to keep team updated on the latest process designs and new tools.
11\. Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports are sent on time.
12\. Daily status updates and report issues to the Manager for timely resolution.
13\. Stakeholder Management through strong interpersonal skills.
14\. Flexibility to work in different time\-zones to collaborate with regional leads covering all geographies of Bunge.

1\. Identify and propose ways of process improvement as per Industry leading practices.
2\. Drive and ensure successful implementation of internal projects.
3\. Lead User Accessibility Testing (UAT).
4\. Provide guidance and support to the team, knowledge sharing and best practices.
5\. Work in coherence to achieve self and team goals.
6\. Deliver efficiency of around 10% in the process flow by continuous improvement and eliminating unproductive methodology."

Technical
1\. Experienced in Process Designing, Business Analytics, Measuring KPIs \& creating dashboards using tools like Visio, Power Point, Power BI, Tableau etc.
2\. Expertise in establishing a Project team, designing a process flow, and determining responsibilities and accountabilities (RACI) for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle. This will be achieved through consultation with Procurement Category Leads and Bunge Legal Team.
3\. Domain knowledge of Procurement \& Contract Admin Processes, complete understanding to be SME of the process.
4\. Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of non\-commodity contracts.
5\. Experienced in DocuSign, CLM, SAP and Legal Process (contracting) knowledge/ understanding.
6\. Computer proficiency and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Education \& Experience
1\.Prior experience in contract administration or a related field.
2\.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts.
3\.5\-7 years of work experience in a similar role.
4\.Bachelor’s degree in legal field, contract management, or a related field. Post\-graduation would be an advantage."
