Title: Real Estate Operations Manager
Type: Full\-Time
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.\-based required; Central Time preferred)
Compensation:
- Base: $40,000 – $47,000 yearly
- On\-Target Earnings: $50,000 – $60,000\+ (performance\-based)
- Optional per\-transaction compensation structure for the right candidate
- Flexible, results\-driven schedule (not a traditional 9–5\)
- Must be highly responsive during business hours
- Evening availability required as needed (often between 12 PM and 9 PM CST)

- Manage and optimize CRM/database to ensure no lead or opportunity is lost
- Support listing launches, MLS input, marketing coordination, and vendor scheduling
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and remove operational friction
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Clear, professional communication skills (phone\-first mindset preferred)
- Independent problem\-solving ability with strong judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
- High level of accountability, urgency, and follow\-through
- Tech\-savvy with experience in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and transaction platforms
