WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
The MRO Storeroom Attendant/Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the receipt, tracking, and distribution of all MRO goods and services. This role oversees daily storeroom transactions and supports the accuracy and integrity of inventory data.
The position works closely with production and maintenance management, supervisors, technicians, and the maintenance planning and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations. The Attendant/Clerk reports directly to the MRO Storeroom Supervisor.
Work is primarily performed in a parts storeroom environment, with frequent interaction with employees and external vendors to provide service and ensure compliance with MRO storeroom policies and procedures. The role also involves regular exposure to production areas, including noise, dust, moving equipment, forklifts, and varying temperatures.
IS THIS JOB FOR YOU? Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in MRO \- 1 year preferred
- Industrial manufacturing plant \- 3 years preferred
- Experience in an Industrial maintenance role \- 1 year preferred
- Experience in Inventory Management \- 1 year preferred
