How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Temporary Data Analyst, you’ll support a time\-bound internal data standardization effort by applying established rules and procedures to business records. Your work will help improve consistency, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency across Dudek systems.
This role is part of the Business Operations team and supports cross\-functional initiatives through accurate and timely data execution.
This position is a temporary position with an end date. Temporary employees are those employed for short\-term assignments. Schedules will vary from week to week based on project requirements. Position is not eligible for company benefits except as required by applicable law. Duties and Responsibilities
- Apply standardized updates to business records following documented instructions
- Review records for completeness and formatting consistency
- Prepare records for internal quality review
- Track completed work and escalate exceptions as instructed
- Document actions taken in accordance with project guidelines
- Collaborate with internal team members to meet project timelines
- 1\-3 years of experience in administrative, data support, or operations roles
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or professional services systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (basic functions, filtering, data entry)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured processes and documentation
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience supporting data standardization or administrative projects
- Experience working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint
- Final agreed\-upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location. Successful candidates must pass a pre\-employment drug test and background check prior to beginning employment.
- This job operates in a remote or office\-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
- Working on a computer, sitting, or standing for long periods of time in an office or remote office setting.
- Attending meetings, both in person and virtually, and speaking on the phone with peers, clients, etc.
