Our clients are large organizations with significant energy and utility usage, such as hospitals, nursing homes, commercial and residential buildings, universities, hotels and government facilities. We identify unique savings opportunities using our unmatched knowledge of utility tariff structures and our powerful proprietary IT and knowledge\-based systems.
Responsibilities
Assisting the members with various tasks within the unit you assigned to serve such as customer relations, data management and C\-Suite operations.
Participating in Client related projects, as needed
Ad\-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Other projects/tasks as assigned
Requirements
· 1\-3 years of work experience with a demonstrated skill in multi\-tasking, managing large informational sets and successful execution.
· A completed undergraduate degree (no more than six months from completion is also acceptable).
· Excellent communication skills, oral and written
· Professional phone presence
· Very strong attention to detail and organizational ability
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize
· Must be able to work independently or in a team
· Research skills
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Able to independently solve problems, think creatively and implement opportunities
· Previous administrative responsibilities in a busy professional office setting and within a similar capacity is an advantage

This is a full\-time, remote position. You must have a suitable work area available during all working hours, free of distractions.
Work hours are 9\-6 pm Eastern Standard Time.
You must be a resident in the United States living in a state with no more than a one (1\) hour time difference from Eastern Standard Time.
You must be authorized to permanently work in US either as a US Citizen or an active Green Card holder. No other conditions will be acceptable.
Pay: $35,000 \- 40,000 per year, with the potential for an increase upon successful demonstration of proficiency in the skills which are central to your assigned group.
