We are seeking a driven, independent, multitasking, Administrative Assistant. This is a versatile role that involves facilitating various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations of locations, and meeting daily and weekly goals as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Complete administrative tasks and goals including data entry, filing, and location management procedures daily.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies.
- Meet daily goals and needs as assigned such as interviewing, hiring and operations revision.
- Collaborate to implement agency and licensing standards/requirements
- Work independently to achieve assigned tasks.
- Some travel will be required for inspection of locations/training facilitation.
- Tasks may include hiring location staff, terminating location staff, training location staff, creating and implementing materials/resources necessary for location success.
- Ability to transition and multitask to prioritize for task completion.
- Management of various location needs.
- Experience working in an administrative environment.
- Exceptional knowledge in Microsoft, Google and other systems.
- Strong computer literacy skills are necessary, along with familiarity with data entry processes and filing systems.
- A minimum of an associates degree is preferred with 1 year of experience OR high school diploma with 3 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
- Must be a driven individual able to work independently to complete tasks.
