- Manage legal documents through document management systems such as OneDrive and Filevine, ensuring accurate review, filing, and organization.
- Prepare correspondence, pleadings, and correspondence with precision, proofreading for accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate client interviews, doctors' appointments and follow\-up with clients as necessary.
- Support the vibe with jokes, good stories, or food (everyone likes to eat!)
- Provide executive administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, and maintaining organized filing systems.
