- Tech Savvy: You're comfortable navigating agency management software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Since our Virtual Assistants handle the manual quoting and busywork, you'll be the one driving the tech to deliver results.

- Be the Main Character: Act as the primary point of contact for our personal lines clients. Trust your gut, if you get a bad vibe and think something is wrong when a client calls, it probably is.
- High\-Touch Communication: Crush client inquiries via phone, email, or in\-person with professional, and timely responses.
- Client Advocacy: Help people navigate policy changes, endorsements, and new apps without getting bogged down in the weeds.
- Strategic Renewals: Handle renewals and remarkets with precision (shoutout to the VAs for doing the heavy lifting on the backend).
- Relationship Architect: Build genuine connections with clients to make sure they're always protected and feeling heard.
- Team Synergy: Collaborate with our Producers to create a seamless, top\-tier experience that keeps clients coming back.
