Nocatee\-based \| Mostly remote (with some in\-person meetings \& events) \| Full\-time, flexible schedule
The Ponte Vedra Connection is a community\-focused organization serving Nocatee through our monthly magazine (delivered to every home), community app, website, local business membership program, and large networking \& community events. Our mission is simple: connect the community and support local businesses.
This is meaningful, community\-driven work — helping local businesses grow, bringing people together, and playing a real role in what’s happening in Nocatee.
This role is the operational backbone of the business, helping ensure everything runs smoothly while creating a great experience for our members, advertisers, sponsors, and the community.
This role will involve:
- Responding to member \& advertiser inquiries (profiles, billing, events, etc.)
- Managing inbox, scheduling meetings, and handling day\-to\-day communication
- Coordinating advertiser deadlines, ad submissions, and working with our designer \& editorial team
- Helping manage invoicing, contracts, and general admin
- Assisting in planning and executing networking \& community events (food, logistics, registrations)
- Maintaining strong relationships with members and advertisers
- Helping identify community stories, businesses, and content opportunities
- Supporting light outreach and helping set meetings
- Highly organized \& detail\-oriented
- Reliable, responsive, and follows through
- Friendly and great with people
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Proactive and willing to take initiative
- Based in or familiar with Nocatee
- Flexible schedule

Compensation: Flexible based on experience and hours, with a base \+ performance bonuses
