Erdye’s Pest Control LLC is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to play a key role in our daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident managing schedules, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Professionally answer high\-volume incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for technicians with efficiency and accuracy
- Optimize daily routes and adjust schedules as needed in real\-time
- Maintain precise customer records and service notes
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem\-solving skills
- Communicate clearly with both customers and field technicians
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks
- Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast\-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional phone presence
- Experience with scheduling or dispatching software preferred
- Reliable, proactive, and solution\-oriented
- Dispatching or route scheduling experience
- Experience in a service\-based business (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, etc.)
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy
