Job Summary
This position serves as a Restitution Assistant for the Office of Justice Programs, Minnesota Crime Victims Reparations Program. The Restitution Assistant communicates and works with victims, applicants, victim service providers, community corrections agents, probation officers, prosecutors, private attorneys, court administrators, and other criminal justice professionals. This person applies the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 611A.52 – 611A.67, the Minnesota Crime Victims Reparations Act, and the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 611A.04 \- 611A.045\.
