HIRING IMMEDIATELY \- Capital Gate Insurance Group is seeking TWO (2\) talented applicants to join our Commercial Lines Insurance Sales team! Job tasks include handling customers general and underwriting questions, quoting and rating proposals on accounts, completing necessary applications for insurance \& submitting to appropriate carriers, doing follow ups to ensure timely receipt of policies or quotes to customers, processing renewals \& remarkets as needed, issuing certificates of insurance , and overall assisting clients with making general insurance coverage changes to their policies for a busy agency that offers long\-term growth potential to team members. Applicants MUST have a high comprehension level and the ability to fully focus and complete such tasks from beginning to end with accuracy.

You will be assigned a dedicated CSR who will process all of your back end busy work.

Property \& Casualty Insurance License is required to engage in the sale of Commercial Insurance.

MUST be a team player!

In Office required, however, work from home is available when needed.

Employment opportunities are customizable. As this is a sales position, pay is based on commission along with the ability to earn additional rewards and bonuses throughout the year. Capital Gate gives you the ability to build a book of business and share in the growth together!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after\-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Skills

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other sales/customer service role
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Organizational and time\-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • P\&C Commercial Lines Insurance experience
  • MUST HAVE P\&C Insurance License to apply or meet criteria with strong interest to work in the insurance field.
