Position: Event \& Administrative Assistant (Seasonal – April through October)

Location:Clifton Forge, VA, Lexington, VA, Roanoke, VA \+ surrounding areas (travel required for events)

Bottoms Up Bartending is a premium mobile bartending service specializing in weddings and upscale events. We are known for crafting cocktails and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail\-oriented Event \& Administrative Assistant to support operations during our busy wedding season. This role is flexible, part\-time, and event\-driven, with both remote and on\-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client inquiries and assist with booking coordination

Communicate with wedding planners and venues

Assist with event prep (inventory, supplies, packing)

Help organize bar setups and breakdown at events

Maintain organization of equipment and supplies

Assist with scheduling and calendar management

Support social media or light marketing tasks (optional bonus)

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organization skills

Reliable transportation (required)

Ability to work weekends (wedding season peak)

Experience in events, hospitality, or admin preferred

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Compensation:

$18\-$22/hour based on experience
