What You Will Be Doing
You will be the Systems Engineer Senior Staff for the Mission Systems and Software team. Our team is within Ground Systems organization under Combat Systems and uses a wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the software field to develop, integrate, and test software products for Advanced Development Programs. The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Software Development and Testing to be a part of a team that will carry on our 75\+ year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Open Architecture
Experience in Systems Engineering
Experience in Program Management and or leadership of software teams
Desired Skills:
Experience shaping and leading a diverse team in a dynamic business environment
Experience with Earned Value Management
Experience developing and delivering Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) packages
Experience Leading Systems Engineering technical performance objectives (e.g. SRR, PDR, CDR)
Experience working with different engineering disciplines to derive and decompose requirements
Experience in a past\-paced environment in technical teams across a virtual environments.
Experience with ADP Integration and Demonstration software
Familiarity with Open Mission Systems standards and Government Reference Architectures (GRAs)
Experience or familiarity with System Integration \& Test
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
