Position Overview
This full\-time position will play a key role within the O2C (Opportunity to Cash) workstream within Project Phoenix, AMAT’s multi\-year transformation project which includes replacing Viewpoint with SAP. This position will have responsibility to ensure that each operating company’s pricing data, haul zones, freight rates, sundries, extra services, etc., and material quoting process are in place and ready for the transition. This position will also be responsible for making sure the products for all materials are in the bibles and ready to be imported into SAP. This position will coach and develop training for the many commercial organization across the enterprise in the basics of SAP and the preparation of all pricing data for entry into S4\. This position will report to the O2C workstream lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of the end\-to\-end (E2E) Phoenix O2C workstream leadership team.
- Train business stakeholders on future state design for product and sundries pricing and haul zones. Provide user support training in person and through virtual channels.
- Provide training on and support for CPQ. Ensure processes are in place within the business to monitor how well CPQ is being used by commercial teams.
- Work with commercial business contacts, primarily sales coordinators, to ensure pricing tiers / price templates are in place and current and ready for future state (SAP) and that customers have been assigned to the correct pricing tier. Carefully review pricing data for completeness and accuracy.
- Work with transportation business contacts to ensure haul zones and rates are in place and current and ready for future state (SAP). Carefully review haul zone rates for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure data validation efforts for products, tiers, prices and haul zones are sufficiently robust.
- Ensure process and training documentation are kept up to date.
- Clear reading, writing, and presentation skills; Ability to present confidently to both small and large audiences in person and in a virtual setting (Teams).
- Experience in sales coordination, customer service, order processing, operations support, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a demanding environment.
- Ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions, work independently, and manage time‑sensitive tasks under pressure.
- Effectively manage difficult or emotional situations; respond promptly to internal and external needs.
- Inspire and motivate others; Recognize accomplishments appropriately.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of existing legacy systems is needed in this role
- Must be able to provide a functioning home or remote office
- When working from a CRH office, expect normal office working conditions
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet
- The position may require work outside of normal business hours
- Up to 50% Travel
- Base of $125,000 \- $150,000 plus bonus
- This position can be remote and be located in various states within the US.
