R.C Roofing Specialists is a fast\-growing, system\-driven roofing company looking for a highly responsive and professional Customer Relations / Inside Sales Coordinator to manage inbound calls, follow\-ups, and customer communication. This role is critical as you are the first point of contact for our company and directly impact scheduling, customer experience, and revenue. Responsibilities include answering all inbound calls, returning missed calls within 5 minutes, scheduling inspections, following up with leads via phone, text, and email, managing emails, and maintaining accurate CRM notes. This is a part\-time position (4–6 hours per day) with a set schedule, not on\-call, and requires full availability during working hours in a quiet, professional environment. Compensation is $23–$26 per hour plus performance\-based bonuses tied to scheduled and completed appointments. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, confident on the phone, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment. This is not a passive admin role—this is a performance\-driven position for someone who takes pride in communication, speed, and consistency.

Pay: $23\.79 \- $28\.86 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Liberty Lake, WA 99019
