- 1\-3 years professional experience in bookkeeping/accounting
- Must be proficient in Quickbooks, Word, Excel, Adobe, Outlook
- Must have previous experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and Can\-Do Attitude
- Responsible, trustworthy, dependable and organized work habits
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently, and as part of the team
- Additional Language (Spanish) is a plus.

Cashman Landscape Management is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. This is a 20\-30 hour, per week, position. The successful candidate will be supporting the office manager and division directors, our customer base and basic accounting tasks of our every day buisness while asuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
