Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage emails and client correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Scan, photocopy, and organize client documents
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels
- Assist staff with administrative and office tasks as needed
- Help organize and maintain client files and records
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow in tax and accounting knowledge
