Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage emails and client correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Scan, photocopy, and organize client documents
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office supplies and monitor inventory levels
  • Assist staff with administrative and office tasks as needed
  • Help organize and maintain client files and records
  • Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • QuickBooks experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in tax and accounting knowledge
