Onsite (no remote option available)

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8\.5 hours per day

Operating hours are between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. New hires will start on a later shift and must be flexible with scheduling.

Overtime may be required based on business needs and can be up to 10 hours per week during peak periods.

Job Summary

The Intake Specialist supports the Patient Assistance Program by reviewing and processing patient applications. This role involves data entry, document handling, and coordination of information through internal systems while following established business rules and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, open, and sort incoming mail and documentation
  • Scan and upload documents into internal systems
  • Enter patient, physician, insurance, and application data into the CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Review applications for completeness and identify missing information
  • Conduct outreach to obtain required details when needed
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all cases
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email communications
  • Support outbound processing and assist with application reprints
  • Follow established workflows, policies, and documentation standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing
  • Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, data entry, or office support role
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work across multiple systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Pay: $19\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
