Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrator to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in office management. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, assisting executives with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office workflows. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support multiple teams. Duties
- Assist head of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software for report preparation, correspondence, and scheduling
- Coordinate calendar management and appointment scheduling for CEO
- Handle administrative tasks related to hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Support office management activities such as supply ordering and maintaining office equipment
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to organizational policies
- Support personal assistant duties as needed, including travel arrangements or special project coordination
- Commission tracking, requires math skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong administrative and clerical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, data\-entry tools, and general office software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in fast\-paced environments
- High attention to detail, including proofreading and ensuring document accuracy
- Experience supporting executives with calendar coordination, scheduling, and meeting preparation
- Demonstrated customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong problem\-solving abilities and comfort handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Familiarity with the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus
