Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi\-line phone systems, coordinate appointments, and support office management tasks. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients, visitors, and team members alike.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, answer inquiries, and transfer calls with professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for technicians and staff
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
  • Use computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, organize files, and support office management tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a welcoming environment
  • Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience in a fast\-paced environment
  • Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Clerical skills such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management are required
  • Previous roles as a receptionist or personal assistant in a medical or dental setting are advantageous
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus but not mandatory
