Customer Support Representative I
HemaSource, Inc. \| Hybrid (Tue–Thu onsite, Mon \& Fri remote) Full\-Time \| Monday–Friday \| Day Shift
Pay: $20\.00/hour starting pay with opportunities to grow your skills and increase earnings over time
What You'll Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders, returns, and account updates with accuracy
- Help customers with shipping, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
- Partner with teams across Operations, Sales, and Purchasing
- Keep customer information organized and up to date
- Look for ways to improve processes and the overall customer experience
- Experience in customer service, call center, or order entry (1–2\+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
- Detail\-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a fast\-paced environment
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience is a plus
