Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Support the sales team across small and large wholesale accounts with Inventory planning, forecasting, fulfillment timelines, etc.
  • Support account development
  • Manage major account product catalog templates
  • Excel / Google Sheet spreadsheet creation and management
  • ERP (Sage 100\) records, reports and data
  • Prepare sales decks
  • Coordinate trade shows
  • Support Customer Service with general data entry and office admin/order processing
  • Operations, Inventory \& Fulfillment

  • Inventory allocation
  • Track Majors fulfillment deadlines
  • Amazon Vendor Central, FBA and/or Shopify website experience a plus
  • Excel / Google Sheet spreadsheet creation and management
  • Cross\-train in other roles as backup
  • Support the fulfillment team during peak periods — comfortable being on your feet
  • Marketing Support

  • Uploading product info
  • Manage seasonal launch deadlines
  • Marketing calendar management (eblasts, theme’s, etc.)
  • Track deadlines
  • Manage sales samples process
  • Ideal Candidate / Qualifications:

  • Wholesale or fashion industry experience strongly preferred
  • Extremely organized, detail obsessed
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems; Sage experience a plus
  • Physically comfortable with warehouse/fulfillment tasks when needed (1\-30lb; small cartons, high volume)

    We offer contribution to our healthcare plan and 401k. This is a 32\-40 hr per week in\-person position.
