Personal / Executive Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal / Executive Assistant to support a multifaceted environment with a strong focus in real estate and business operations. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, can anticipate needs, and takes initiative without constant direction.
The ideal candidate is action driven, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high\-level administrative and personal support
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling across multiple priorities
- Assist with real estate\-related tasks (transactions, coordination, research, document management)
- Conduct research and find solutions with limited information
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Support bookkeeping tasks (expense tracking, invoicing, basic financial organization)
- Assist with tax\-related document organization and preparation
- Coordinate projects, vendors, and deadlines across multiple business and personal initiatives
- Draft emails, correspondence, and reports as needed
- Organize digital files, systems, and workflows for efficiency
- Run occasional personal errands or oversee tasks remotely
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Transaction Coordinator or similar role
- Background or familiarity with real estate is highly preferred
- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience with bookkeeping and/or tax preparation is a plus
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech\-savvy with proficiency in common tools (Google Workspace, Excel, project management platforms, etc.)
- Ability to juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail
- Self\-starter with a “figure it out” mindset
