Job Description

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

  • Works with highly confidential information.
  • Participates in the coordination of administrative functions for one or more executives.
  • Serves as a representative of the organization or in lieu of the executive.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and make decisions with discretion. Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
  • May direct and lead the work of others.
  • Execute administrative (logistics, travel, scheduling) decisions on behalf of the executive.
  • Perform Notary actions for the office.

    Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

  • HSD/GED and 10 years of executive administrative experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience supporting executives with coordinating travel plans, meetings, maintaining calendar, and expense reporting.
  • Prior event planning and coordination
  • Current Notary Public designation.
  • Experience with shipping and postal activities.
  • Prior experience working with confidential information.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • MS Office suite, technical writing skills a plus
  • Ability to work in an office setting in Phoenix, AZ.
  • Additional Information
