KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high‑level administrative support to Senior Leadership.
- Schedule and manage in‑person client meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow‑up items.
- Coordinate with meeting attendees to confirm details regarding locations, times, and meeting purpose.
- Schedule and manage virtual meetings with clients and partners.
- Communicate with virtual meeting attendees to confirm times and meeting objectives.
- Attend virtual meetings to take notes, document follow‑up items, and coordinate with Senior Leadership on a final action plan.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, school administrators, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and related accommodations
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
- Manage and maintain shared executive calendars, including scheduling, confirming appointments, arranging meeting spaces, and posting organizational calendar items.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The candidate will have a competitive attitude and thrive in a team\-oriented environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform a plus but not required.
- Work from home within the Palm Beach County, Broward County or Miami Metro Area.
