Job Description \- Overview

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to fill an opening in our Internal Audit Department. This position will provide telephone support to cash office managers for Hobby Lobby retail locations. This position will also review retail POS transactions to ensure they are in compliance with accepted procedures, perform basic data entry and assist customers with gift card inquiries. This person must have good customer service and communication skills and must work well in a team environment. This is a full\-time (40 hour) clerical position on\-site at the Hobby Lobby Corporate Offices located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is not a remote position. No travel is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Heavy telephone support to retail locations
• Review store level POS transactions from retail locations to determine policy compliance and screen for possible fraud
• Prepare written reports of findings
• Answer gift card hotline and provide assistance to retail customers
• Provide support for POS systems to store personnel

Job Description \- Requirements

Skills needed:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Previous experience as a retail bookkeeper, office manager or CSM preferred
• Independent problem\-solving, critical thinking, self\-direction and decision\-making skills
• Excellent grammar, spelling and written communication skills
• Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and co\-workers at all times
