Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail\-oriented, and tech\-savvy Personal Assistant to support with day\-to\-day tasks on an as\-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and able to efficiently handle a variety of personal and light administrative responsibilities.
Duties
- Running errands (returns, pickups, deliveries, etc.)
- Organizing personal and workspace items
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks
- Researching solutions for simple day\-to\-day needs
- Helping streamline tasks and improve organization
- Occasional scheduling or coordination support
- Highly organized and dependable
- Tech\-savvy and comfortable using apps, email, and basic systems
- Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to figure things out independently
- Good communication and responsiveness
- Previous assistant or similar experience is a plus
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Efficient and detail\-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable
