- 2\+ years of relevant experience providing executive‑level administrative support to senior leaders in a complex, fast‑paced organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and frequent changes with accuracy and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with senior executives and key stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and standard office technologies
- 7\+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior leadership in a large organization
- Experience supporting C‑suite executives, Chiefs of Staff, or executive leadership teams
- Familiarity with the operating rhythms of Offices of the CEO and CFO, including board meetings, executive reviews, and enterprise communications
- Experience coordinating complex travel, executive meetings, and large‑scale leadership events
- Background in a highly matrixed and/or regulated environment
- Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative to resolve issues

The Executive Assistant provides high\-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chiefs of Staff to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of executive priorities, effective coordination across senior leadership, and the day\-to\-day efficiency of the Offices of the CEO and CFO.
Acting as a trusted partner, the Executive Assistant manages complex calendars, coordinates executive communications, prepares materials for high‑impact meetings, and handles sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost discretion. Success in this role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced, highly visible environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$22\.59 \- $53\.95
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full\-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short\-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
