Paramount Transportation Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Domestic Account Manager to manage U.S. household goods (HHG) relocation services for corporate clients and their employees.
This role is responsible for end\-to\-end move ownership, including pricing execution, carrier selection, shipment management, and service outcomes. The Account Manager is accountable for ensuring that each move is profitable, compliant, and delivered at the highest service level, while acting as an advocate for both the client and the relocating employee.
This is not a coordination role. This position requires decision\-making authority, operational ownership, and accountability for results, as well as a consistently high level of professionalism in all internal and external interactions. About Us

Our services include household goods forwarding, mobility services, and relocation management for corporate clients worldwide. Core Responsibilities Client \& Account Ownership
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients and relocating employees
- Own service delivery outcomes across a portfolio of domestic relocation accounts
- Ensure adherence to client\-specific requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligations
- Prepare and manage accurate pricing using company rate tables, tariffs, and negotiated supplier rates
- Apply pricing logic to ensure shipment profitability and cost control
- Validate weights, services, and cost drivers prior to execution
- Escalate or challenge pricing inputs that create financial or service risk
- Select and assign carriers based on performance, cost, capacity, and risk indicators
- Manage supplier relationships and enforce accountability for service execution
- Proactively address supplier performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Ensure suppliers meet company standards, compliance requirements, and client expectations
- Manage a high\-volume caseload of domestic HHG shipments from initiation through delivery
- Coordinate packing, transportation, delivery, and any accessorial services
- Monitor milestone completion and ensure data integrity within the CRM
- Identify risks early and take corrective action before service failure occurs
- Act as an advocate for relocating employees while balancing client requirements and company objectives
- Resolve service issues with urgency and ownership
- Maintain a high standard of communication with clients, transferees, and suppliers
- Ensure a consistent, high\-quality relocation experience
- Ensure all required documentation, milestones, and system entries are complete and accurate
- Maintain compliance with internal SOPs, billing requirements, and audit standards
- Support invoicing accuracy through proper documentation and cost validation
- Strong working knowledge of HHG pricing, tariffs, weights, and logistics
- Experience selecting and managing carriers or service providers
- Ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams, receive feedback constructively, and contribute to a respectful, professional work environment
