Duties
- Manage complex calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with precision.
- Coordinate various projects and events, ensuring timely execution and seamless communication across teams.
- Handle all aspects of office management including filing, data entry, maintaining supplies, and overseeing front desk operations.
- Provide executive administrative support such as proofreading documents, transcribing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette while managing multi\-line phone systems and responding promptly to inquiries.
- Support client and customer service efforts by managing correspondence, scheduling calls, and ensuring positive interactions.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role with strong office management responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and office equipment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong typing skills combined with transcription and proofreading experience for accurate document preparation.
- Familiarity with project coordination tools and techniques to support multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
