Pay Rate: $85–$105/hour

Schedule: Flexible, Part\-Time and Full\-time options available!

Location: Hybrid – Remote \& In\-Person

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in\-person and telehealth)
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide compassionate, evidence\-based care
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards

You’re a Perfect Fit If You:

Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Have at least 1 year of ABA experience

Love collaborating with others and working toward meaningful outcomes

Communicate clearly and confidently with teams and families
