About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team at our Ringgold, GA office. Because of our expanding needs we are seeking another headcount to support our sales operations and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day coordination between internal teams and customers.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, maintaining accurate records, and helping deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure stock availability, while supporting inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies or returns as needed.
  • Assist with order processing, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses
  • Maintain organized records and shared folders
  • Support general office tasks and contribute to team efficiency
  • Skills \& Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
