Overview

Gateway Realty is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and team. This role is essential to the daily operations of our office and requires someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, people\-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a welcoming and professional attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Handle payroll processing using QuickBooks
  • Perform general office and clerical duties
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
  • Support agents and staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, including payroll functions
  • Strong computer skills and comfort with office software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Real Estate License or willing to obtain one in the near future.
  • Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using professional phone etiquette
  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings for staff members
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming/outgoing mail
  • Support office management activities including inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed, including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting customer support efforts

Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40\.0 per week
