We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support business operations and systems. This is a part\-time role to start, with opportunities to grow hours as the business expands.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain CRM platforms (organization, updates, reporting)
- Assist with Canva designs, templates, and business collateral
- Support daily operations and ensure smooth workflows
- Help streamline processes and improve business systems
- Handle other administrative tasks as need
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role
- Skilled with CRM platforms and Canva
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with small business operations and flexible tasks
