Community Growth Director

CTC Chiropractic Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Home Base: DeSoto)

CTC Chiropractic is expanding and we are looking for one high\-energy Community Growth Director to help grow our presence across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The primary responsibility of this role is to find and book community events and partnerships that introduce new families to our chiropractic offices.

You will help build the event pipeline for all three CTC offices:

Dallas

Frisco

DeSoto

You will work directly with Zues, founder of CTC Chiropractic, to help build a marketing engine that consistently brings new people into our practices.

This is not a desk marketing job.

A big part of this role involves walking into businesses, introducing yourself to owners and managers, and securing community events and partnerships.

Primary Role

Your main responsibility is to identify, secure, and book community events and partnerships where CTC Chiropractic can host wellness events and meet new people.

Examples include:

• corporate wellness talks
• posture and stress assessment events
• apartment resident events
• community festivals and health fairs
• church and school partnerships
• local business collaborations

Your job is to keep the event calendar full so our team always has opportunities to connect with new families.

What You Will Do

• Identify businesses and organizations that could host wellness events
• Walk into businesses and build relationships with decision\-makers
• Book posture and stress assessment events
• Schedule corporate wellness talks
• Develop partnerships with apartments, gyms, churches, and companies
• Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming events across all three offices

Your work will directly impact the growth of three thriving chiropractic practices.

How Marketing Works at CTC

At CTC we believe marketing happens in three domains:

External Marketing Community partnerships and events.

Internal Marketing Referral campaigns and in\-office promotions that help practice members bring friends and family.

Digital Marketing Supporting digital campaigns and converting online interest into real\-world opportunities.

The Community Growth Director’s primary focus is external marketing, especially booking and developing community events.

Location

Your home base will be our DeSoto office, where you will train directly with Zues.

You will spend time building partnerships across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Compensation

Base Salary \+ Commission \+ Bonus Uncapped earning potential

Strong performers typically earn:

$5,000 – $8,000\+ per month, with higher earning potential for top performers.

As CTC continues to expand, this role can grow into a marketing leadership position.

The Community Growth Director will eventually:

• oversee marketing systems across multiple offices
• lead outreach strategy
• manage a virtual assistant support team
