    YOUR SCHEDULE

    This is a full\-time role, scheduled Monday–Friday from 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

    YOUR DAY

    As a Sales Assistant at Just Solutions, Inc., you step into a dynamic day filled with collaboration, communication, and meaningful impact. You'll work closely with vCIOs and Account Managers to build quotes and proposals, track opportunities, and coordinate vendor pricing. You'll manage product orders, provide clients with updates, and help align installation schedules. You'll schedule QBRs, complete client check\-ins, support accounting with credit applications, and help marketing maintain CRM accuracy and uncover cross\-sell opportunities. You'll also participate in ecommerce platform development, ensuring product listings and order tracking are accurate. With reporting, documentation, and administrative support woven throughout your day, your role becomes essential in keeping our entire operation connected and running smoothly.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SALES ASSISTANT JOB

  • Technically literate; comfortable discussing IT hardware, software, and subscriptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow\-through
  • Preferred:

  • A BS/BA in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting clients or teams in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs, vendor portals, or quoting tools
