Viking Inc is seeking an individual to join our team that would support daily office operations. This role involves answering the phones, customer service, coordinating orders, and assisting with accounting and inventory tasks to ensure smooth business operations
BASIC FUNCTION: Performs all administrative functions for the Company
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and general customer service
- Process and match customer payments, including cash, checks and credit transactions
- Set up and assist customers with online account access
- Maintain proper Sales tax information, ensuring information is accurate and current for customer accounts and jobs
- Assist with monthly statements
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks as needed
- Assist management with general administrative duties
