We are a New York\-based high\-end jewelry company seeking an experienced, detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the company president and manage day\-to\-day office operations. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of administrative experience, the ability to handle general administrative duties independently, and a strong aptitude for supporting additional administrative tasks as needed. Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; fluency in French is a plus.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责:
- Provide comprehensive support to the company president, including attending various activities, events, and meetings with the president, and ensuring all engagements run smoothly. 为公司总裁提供全面支持,包括陪同总裁参加各类活动、会议和重要场合,并确保所有事务顺利进行。
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and liaising with internal teams and external contacts, while working closely with the president to ensure operational efficiency. 处理日常行政事务,如管理日程、协调会议,以及与内部团队和外部联系人的沟通协作,同时与总裁紧密配合以确保办公室高效运作。
- Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including transportation, lodging, itineraries, and related logistics, ensuring all arrangements maximize efficiency, comfort, and effective time management. 为总裁安排国内外出差行程,包括交通、住宿、日程安排及相关后勤事宜,确保所有安排实现高效、舒适并合理利用时间。
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed, including supplies procurement, shipping and deliveries, office maintenance, and vendor coordination. 根据需要协助处理其他行政事务,包括办公用品采购、货物寄送与收发、办公室维护以及供应商协调。
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department to ensure smooth daily operations. 为市场部提供行政及运营支持,确保日常工作顺利进行。

- Bachelor’s degree or higher. 本科及以上学历。
- 2–3 years of administrative experience, preferably with prior experience as a secretary. 2–3 年行政工作经验,优先考虑具有秘书工作经验者。
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. 必须具备在美国为任何雇主合法工作的资格,且无需雇主提供签证。
