- Manage day\-to\-day operations of property portfolios, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Coordinate property leasing activities, including marketing, showings, negotiations, and lease signing
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord\-tenant law, Section 8 housing policies, and other legal requirements
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite to maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well\-maintained and compliant with safety standards
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle legal administrative tasks related to contracts, lease agreements, dispute resolution, and conflict management
- Develop customer service strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem\-solving
- Implement upselling techniques for additional services or amenities to increase revenue opportunities
- Maintain organized filing systems for legal documents, contracts, maintenance logs, and data entry records
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord\-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; experience with LIHTC (Low\-Income Housing Tax Credit) programs is a plus
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing policies and related compliance requirements
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and customer relationship management abilities
- Legal administrative experience related to contracts, dispute resolution, or conflict management
- Office experience with data entry, filing systems, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and general administrative tasks
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and conflict resolution in landlord\-tenant interactions
