Responsibilities

  • This is a flexible position on an as needed ,basis rather than a weekly paid position
  • Mailing letters to prospective clients
  • Return calls with proper phone etiquette and take detailed messages when necessary.
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Must be familiar with mail merging documents and labels.
  • Perform data entry as needed and ensure accurate record\-keeping for all administrative documents.
  • Assist with bookkeeping duties as needed using QuickBooks or similar software, including expense tracking.
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy before distribution.Skills
  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with data entry and general office management practices.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse clients and team members, but not necessary.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally via phone or in person.
