    Lebanon, MO \| Hybrid/Remote Position \| This position begins with required in\-office training. Upon successful completion, the role transitions to a hybrid/remote schedule. Equipment is provided after training.

As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a key part in supporting both our staff and clients by handling inbound calls, transferring calls as needed, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring every interaction results in a positive client experience.

    No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid training and a clear path for success.

    You'll often be the first point of contact for prospective and current clients, making professionalism, empathy, and clear communication essential to success in this role. If you are detail\-oriented, organized, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Present company services to potential clients
  • Prospect and contact potential clients
  • Meet or exceed established outreach targets
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records in company databases and systems

    We’re seeking motivated individuals who are organized, detail\-oriented, and ready to learn.

    Qualifications:

  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to set an appropriate tone and pace during client calls
  • Demonstrates consistent care and professionalism on every call
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Previous experience in phone\-based customer service and/or client services is a plus
  • Strong ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines
