The Role You'll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full\-time Client Enrollment Specialist position! In this role, the client enrollment specialist will help businesses grow and prosper by providing products and services that foster stability and security. This job contributes to the mission of FrankCrum by ensuring a smooth and efficient transition by collecting and organizing contractual documents and securing necessary internal approvals.

  • Collects, reviews, organizes and maintains all contractual documents from prospective clients.
  • Ensures all contracts are complete, accurate, and adhere to company policies.
  • Coordinates with internal departments (e.g., Credit, Underwriting and Legal) to obtain necessary approvals for client enrollment.
  • Tracks, retrieves necessary documentation and follow ups on pending approvals to ensure timely processing.
  • Documents and communicates approval statuses to relevant stakeholders.
  • Gathers and validates the necessary client information to ensure systems are documented and updated accurately for handoff to Operations.
  • Activates new clients in our system prior to assigning to Operations.
  • Facilitate the handover process from Sales to Operations by providing comprehensive and organized contract packages.
  • Conducts introductory communication to Payroll Implementation and Client Experience teams.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for Sales and Operations during the enrollment transition phase.
  • Maintains updates within internal systems (Netwise, HubSpot, etc.) to ensure team members have up to date information.
  • Addresses any issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Supports Sales by overcoming objections from prospects to the PEO services and contract and help transition them to active client status.
  • Supports Operations by ensuring accounts are ready to transition for full system implementation and onboarding.
  • Focuses on optimizing the new client experience by welcoming the prospect into FrankCrum.

  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and contract management software.
  • Knowledge of company services and products.
  • Knowledge of PEO compliance contract review.
  • Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures.
  • Skill to be organized, give attention to detail, and exercise follow up.
  • Skill to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
  • Skill to establish and maintain filing systems, format, proofread, edit documents, and perform calculations.
  • Skill to use and compose clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
  • Ability to consistently project a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to interface with multiple departments, multi\-task and work independently.
  • Ability to listen carefully and respond to or refer customer requests and problems with diplomacy and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Ability to process, interpret, and communicate complex information and data.
  • Ability to project an outgoing and service focused personality.
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions.
